I was scheduled for the 11:30 slot on Saturday for my car's first service and the service employee said there wasn't enough time to properly test my battery (he said it would take 1hr15min), which he said was only at half charge, and it was marked as needs immediate attention on my window sticker checklist. Why was it not given immediate attention while I was there then? Why schedule customers at a time when there's NOT time to do the proper testing? And why not schedule me to come in at a later time to GET the proper testing? I followed up with my salesperson to see what could be done and haven't heard anything back yet.

Mike McLean was polite, resourceful and made the process of purchasing our Yukon very easy. We told him what we needed and he got it done. I appreciate him being straight forward without the hassel of negotiation. Mike and Irma stayed past closing time and made the process pleasant. Thank you Bruner team.

He never pressured us. That's important to us. And while finalizing the sale with Irma Castillo, we still never felt pressured. She was equally as informative, caring & professional. My service consultant was Morris Surley. Morris always goes out of his way to make my visit as easy as possible!! He always keeps me informed of the progress of my vehicle if I am present waiting for it and will call me if we dropped the vehicle off. I use a walker to get around; Morris always goes to the lot and drives my vehicle right to the door for me. He goes above and beyond and completely fills my expectations!!

If anyone deserves recognition for the way he presents himself and represents your dealership, it’s definitely Mike. While YouTube was a determining factor in the vehicle we chose due to the many reviews we watched, our decision to select your dealership was greatly influenced by the outstanding customer service. Attentive , Friendly service

Manager did not understand GM employee pricing process and was very rude. Accused me of giving him a supplier pricing number and inferred that employee pricing was not “just handed out to people”.

Sergio came right out to help and met me at my car before I had time to get out. Other dealerships sat on the butt's while I wondered their lots. He truly was the perfect salesman for me. He helped from start to finish and never left me unattended. Answered all my questions and set up my phone. You guy's have a great asset in him working for your company.

Took my truck in for a low fuel rail pressure code. It took two days to start the repairs, I got the truck back and drove it to work only for it to throw the same code and put me in limp mode

The scheduling was easy and the service was very fast, especially for a Saturday!

I was an hour late to my appointment because I couldn’t get my truck started, but they still worked me in and resolved my issue very quickly.

Start to finish test driving, deciding on the Traverse, updates, final test drive to go over all the amazing features, paperwork…all went perfect. Josh Troutman, Abby, & Kim were all fantastic! Josh was referred to me by several friends and he was exactly as I was told he would be. Not pushy, listened to what I wanted, no pressure and truly just wanting me to buy the vehicle I would be proud to drive. Communication during and after the purchase have been so nice.

I really appreciated Morris Surley, Service Advisor. He continues to be honest, forthright, and helpful each time I come in for service. My only complaint is your prices, over which he has no control.

Dealing with Bruner Chevrolet is always a hand on your wallet experience. Experience has cost me a lot of money and dealing with Bruner has a feeling of sleaze and what is wrong with American capitalism.

i use bruner for service on my old colorado, and was outside waiting for service to be completed looking at new ones. i met abby a salesperson and she asked if i wanted to drive. she had to go fill one with gas so i drove her to the gas station and foundout i wanted me a new truck. she took down my info and contacted me later and had a real nice one. so traded my old colorado, got a fair shake, and the got me a fair monthly payment. cant beat it, no games just honest horse trading. i liked abby she was honest and spoke truth.. new thing for car sales, lol. i like bruner and will continue to use them for my service needs. they are fair and timely in their work and ethics.

We were extremely satisfied with the purchasing experience at Bruner Auto Group and specifically Natalie Hernandez and Kim Springfield. Correspondence back and forth was professional, responsive and timely. They are both very friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to do business with them.

Customer service was busy but the agent was polite and efficient. He was overwhelmed with customer paperwork work but was very thorough in dealing with my service appointment. He should get a raise.
